Initially hired by Shredder to take down the TMNT brothers, Rocksteady along with Bebop both volunteered to undergo mutation so that they could exact revenge against the turtles. Easily identifiable by his grotesque, half-rhino appearance, Rocksteady is heavily armed and possess a powerful need to destroy the turtles once and for all!
