AMP Suit Maquette (Avatar)

Launching the Sideshow Collectibles line of AVATAR collectibles is the AMP Suit Maquette, created in conjunction with the film's special effects studio Legacy Effects. Created directly from 3D scans of the 14-foot suit used by Legacy during filming, the AMP Suit is a truly authentic scaled representation. Each piece is individually painted and finished, each with its own unique quality and detail that is the trademark of a handcrafted Sideshow Collectibles product. In the distant future, a paraplegic ex-marine travels to a remote planet inhabited by an exotic humanoid race called the Na'vi. Using their advanced technology, he is made whole as an Avatar, an alien body that is remotely controlled by his human mind. When a conflict between the Na'vi and the humans breaks out, he is forced to take a side.
