Lt Colonel Samantha Carter joined the Stargate program and became a galaxy-renowned expert on the physics of the Stargate and wormhole technology. Having worked with the Asgard, Goa´Uld, Replicators, Tok´ra and a number of other races, Carter is the most proficient human in the Galaxy when it comes to Alien technologies.

After betraying apophis and rescuing the SG-I Team, Teal´C quickly became a trusted ally in the war against the Goa´Uld.
