Chop Top, Leatherface's older brother, received a machete wound in Vietnam and had a steel plate surgically implanted onto his skull. To satisfy a nagging itch from the plate, Chop Top would use a wire hanger to scratch it, and any flesh that collected to the hanger, he would excitedly eat. Stands 7.25" tall. Comes with a hand-numbered Certificate of Authenticity !
