Smaug over Lake-Town Art Print

When the Dragon Smaug fell upon Dale, its people were ill prepared and many perished amid the flame and ruin of the beast's first assault. Only one of the city's wind lances would loose its black iron bolts at the Dragon.

When the Dragon falls from the sky to blanket Lake-town in a vengeful firestorm, Bard breaks free and mounts a desperate, one man defence. Leaping across the faltering rooftops and dancing between the flames he sends arrow after arrow at the beast as his family and the people of Lake-town are consumed or flee.

Beautifully illustrated by Gus Hunter: one of our senior concept designers at Weta Workshop. Gus was one of the original Weta crew who produced much of The Lord of the Rings concept art as part of the VFX Art Department.

The dimensions of the print are 22.8in x 11.8in (580mm x 300mm). A lovely cinematic format. It's printed on good quality 170 gsm satin paper, and will arrive in pristine condition, ready to be framed and hung, pride of place, in your home.
