Stingray Bust (Marvel)

The 10” Stingray Mini Bust depicts a dynamic upward thrust from a fount of grey-green water. Something about Stingray’s costume design seems reminiscent of a prototypal Cobra operative. Stingray’s white armor is counterbalanced by the vibrant red of his mask, chest insignia, gloves and arm-mounted wings. Initially designed as a defensive measure against Namor, the Stingray ultimately decided to lend his powered armor to an all-purpose superhero venture, joining up with the Avengers.
