Committing crimes with class - and therefore with top hat, monocle and tuxedo - and let's not forget "the world's first .45 caliber umbrella"!
The statue is sculpted by Mike Cusanelli and painted by David Fisher, measures 11.5 inches tall and marks the beginning of a long line of Tweeterhead's 1940s and 1950s inspired pieces from the comic book art!

Penguin actually is based on the art of Dick Sprang from the 40’s!
