Sideshow transferred the most famous fictional criminal couple of the world into 1930s Chicago. During this time period, the city was dominated by gangster bosses such as Al Capone or Bugs Moran. Accordingly, Sideshow seems to have chosen exactly the right place for the Prince of Chaos and the Princess of Madness.

Dr. Harleen Quinzel is wearing a contemporary red and black dress with a continuous checkered pattern. She holds a switchblade in her hand, which she definitely doesn't need for carving work. Her beloved Mad Jack comes with stylish green hair and a pinstripe suit. In his hand he holds a crowbar. With the slashed and scarred corners of his mouth, no one can really resist the Joker.
