Payment

For customers outside of Germany we provide the following payment options:

Pre-payment by bank wire
Transfer the money in advance to our bank account. Detailed instructions for this will be given in your personal confirmation-mail. A bank wire transfer from another coutry can be done very easily and at low cost dowadays by using BIC and IBAN codes. Within the EU this takes 2-3 working days only and is free of charges normally. In case surcharges apply, we ask you to pay attention that we don´t get charged for those fees when we receive the wire.

Credit card
Pay easily and secure with your Visa or Mastercard. Charges are done manually by us – so you won't be redirected automatically to an external provider website, but you will receive a pay-link from us through which you can settle your credit card payment in a secure environment. As always, your payment is requested by the time your order is ready to ship.

PayPal
Pay safe and fast via PayPal. You will get detailed instructions in your personal confirmation-mail about how to process the payment or a seperate PayPal money request mail. Unlike  many other websites, we do not use automated checkout-payments directly connected to PayPal because - especially on pre-orders - we request your payment by the time your items are available and ready to ship.

Bank debit entry
Pay by direct debit from your bank account. On your initial order, we normally first collect the amount due and then ship the package after three working days and confirmed creditworthiness.

Cedit card
Pay easily and secure through Visa or Mastercard. Charges are done manually by us – so you will not be sent automatically to an external provider website and therefore your data stays on the safe side.

PayPal
Pay safe and fast via PayPal. You will get detailed instructions in your personal confirmation-mail about how to process the payment or a seperate PayPal money request mail. Unlike  many other websites, we do not use automated checkout-payments directly connected to PayPal because - especially on pre-orders - we request your payment by the time your items are available and ready to ship.

Cash on delivery
Pay cash when your package is being delivered. But please note that the payment by COD will cost you significantly more than f.e. the payment by bank transfer or PayPal. The regular shipping costs won´t be charged on an order above 120 EUR value, but you always have to carry the COD-fees of 6,60 EUR! Surely we do offer this method of payment - any other method is prefered though (and cheaper for you). For a flawless delivery we ask you to pre-pare the COD-total as proper as possible, so the DHL or UPS driver won´t face any problems on giving you back any change.

On account
Purchase on account and pay within 7 days after you received the goods. The original invoice will be enclosed in your package. This payment method is only offered to steady customers with residence in Germany from their 4th shipment.
